I added a bit less vinegar, because I'm just not a fan and added some hot pepper for a kick. The black beans really make it amazing and the fact that the corn is charred brings a flavor to die for! You gotta try it!

It did take longer to make than stated but it's worth it. Liked it better room temp. than hot. Haven't eaten it cold yet. Easy to make and worth it. Used apple cider vinegar...figured it was the same thing as cider vinegar. Be sure to cook off all the liquid from the vinegar.

One of the most beautiful salads I have ever made. However, it took MUCH longer than 6 mins. to prepare. Roasting the corn took 15 mins. for a nice char, then the dicing and julienning -- figure prep & cook time, at least 45 mins. But worth it!

I think it's best cold. And I agree with other posters that it's even better the next day.

I think this dish is okay. If I ever tried this dish again I would use less vinegar. It really overpowered the other flavors of the dish. I would also use a little more fresh garlic. It's definitely healthy! I'll give it that.

This is easy, quick and tasty. What a combo! I left the husks on the corn (minus silk and put garlic inside before placing on the grill. Fantastic flavors with the beans, corn, red onion, and red peppers. I used lime zest and lime juice, and some garlic salt to perk up the flavor and add some freshness. What a fabulous dish! Love Guy's Big Bite, and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives!!!!!

First I love your show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. This morning flicking through channels I stopped on Guy's Big Bite. I have stopped cooked for years because of the limitations the men in my house put on me with oinions, peppers and beans I love them all and they refuse to eat them anywhere.

The meal combination of Vinegar Brined Baby Back Ribs, Black Bean and Corn Salad and Corn Bread Goat cheese is a piece of everyones personality. Everyone will be happy when this meal is complete.

    Great meal for my family!
