Each time I prepare this salad I love it as much as the first time! It's so versatile, such a perfect summer side to grilled chicken, bbq chicken, burgers, whatever! All fresh ingredients and a good source of fiber in the black beans....what's not to love!

Delicious. Didn't have pineapple and vinegar, but added mango instead.

Just as everyone has described!!! You can't stop eating it. I wasn't sure if sherry vinegar was the same as sherry wine. I could only find sherry wine so that's what I used. I added some pomegranate vinegar and some avocado. I will definitely be making this again. It went perfect with the spicy chili flank steak we made.

I took this recipe in a slightly different direction: I omitted the pineapple, decreased the honey to one tablespoon, and added a chopped avocado and a tablespoon of olive oil. Delicious.

I've made this several times. I change it up a little though. I usually use canned pineapple and use 2 cups of frozen corn. I dont even cook it first, just throw it in. I didnt feel like buying sherry vinegar so i used red wine vinegar and it was great. I like the heat and dont seed the jalapenos. It's nice and spicy. Everyone loves it. It's great side at BBQ's, or can be used as a salsa.

Loved it. Prep time longer than 10 minutes to chop vegetables. Left out the jalapeños because the kids don't like them, and added quinoa. I will definitely make it again.

I just thought this was okay. I didn't really like how all the liquid settled at the bottom of the bowl. It was easy to make though. I used fresh pineapple and if I every make it again I'll probably just use pineapple from a can to save time.
