Very Good! I lightened up on the Cayenne so it still has heat but not overwhelming the other flavors. Seriously better than french fries. YUM.

This was really good. You mix up a batch of this spice combination. You do not use it all at once. I added a bit more salt to my batch. It was wonderful!!!

I think they were good, but way too much in the spice department. Next time I make them I will either use more green beans or make less of the spice mixture. My husband liked them so I will make them again!

This dish was awesome!!! The comments about being overseasoned and too salty have some merit, but overall, everyone enjoyed these beans at our house.

I wanted to love this dish. Way too much seasoning for 3 cups of beans. The spice was overpowering and I love blackening spices. I didn't watch the video until after I made them and I agree with other comments, that Guy's dish had way less spices on his beans. I might try it again, but use about 1/4 of the spices.

I loved these beans right away, however, my husband at first said "you don't need to make these again" by the time dinner was over he had changed his mind . He said " these are addictive, I can't stop eating them." I definitely will be making these many more times. Thx Guy
