    I would definitely recommend this recipe to others! It was delicious. I have to say that I changed it just a bit. I cut the recipe in half and I purchased nice sauce as opposed to making it myself due to time constraints. I found myself adding more sauce than was called for but besides that I followed it to a T and it was fabulous!

    I made this for my wife and mother-in-law and it was well liked. The Pepperoni was a little to much for my wife but tasted good to me. Its one of those dishes you have to try. Perfect for those cold nights.

    My family loved this lasagne. It has great flavor and the pepperoni is a nice alternative to traditional sausage. I have made this 10 times or so in the last year and will continue to make it.

    I made this for my husband and I one time and we weren't overly impressed. We liked the pepporoni browned, but the sauce recipe was very bland. We may incorporate the pepperoni into this other recipe for lasagna we found by Emeril that is much tastier.

    So I loved this dish and so did my family and friends, I am not a great cook yet but I am working on it. This recipe is easy and so, so good.

    The husband didn't have one smart comment to say about it so It must of been great.

    I did make extra sauce and I let my sauce simmer for a few hours to get all the flavor I could. I also mixed my meat in with the sauce because it getting mixed anyways. Thanks for the great recipe

    Guy, I like your shows and I will try other dishes, but I can not recommend the lasagna to anyone. It was too expensive to make and did not measure up to an off the shelf Stouffer's.

    I am a pastaholic so I have had lots of lasagna. This is the best lasagna recipe and it is easy to make.

    Aside from some minor manipulations of the ingredents this was , by far, the best lasagna that I ever made on the first try. Crisping the pepporini was definitely worth the time and effort. I fed 9 people till they could not reach for more. A definite homerun. This will surely re-play in the near future.
    Thanks Guy for injecting some variety into an otherwise hum-drum menu.

    pretty good with a couple of minor changes. i cut back to 1lb lasagna sheets which is perfect i also doubled the sauce and ricotta chesse. i also sprinkled the top with a little oreagno but other then that i would definitly make again.

    Just made this tonight and it was OFF THE HOOK!!! The entire family loved it including the kids which are super picky eaters. I cut down the lasagna noodles to 1lb and it was perfect; doubled the recipe for the sauce to have extra on the side; Props to you Guy for an AWESOME recipe!!!
