I just finished making this recipe for my family. I've had more than enough problems with it. First off , my noodles stuck together and i had to keep them in water in order to put them on my lasagna. Second, there isn't enough sauce to actually have anything left over for the topping. Third, it upsets me that the recipe calls for too many noodles, i ended up wasting money on something i didn't even end up using.
I will never be making this again.

Although this recipe is not bad, I have had much better lasagnas. The sauce was very bland, difficult to spread and didn't make very much. Definitely not worth the two hours it took. Next time I think I would just use canned sauce and spruce it up a little. I did use a mixture of sweet and hot italian sausage which I do think turned out quite nice. I did not brown the pepperoni either as we are not fans of burned pepperoni. I would probably try it again but would add some of my own touches.

This was a BIG hit at the latest Sunday family dinner. Even my very fussy nephew loved it. You only need 1lb of the pasta and add some more ricotta. A great recipe that I will definitely make again. Guy...You are the man!

I still favor my family's traditional lasagna recipe, but this was a nice twist. We made it for three generations and all thought it was a fun dish. I would make again, but not as often as the tried and true family recipe.

This was so good! Everything was amazing. Next time I would maybe cut the recipe in half. There was too much for just me and my husband. There were more noodles than I needed so next time I will make less but everything else was perfect!

I made this on the first appearance on the show and it was so good it actually was gone in under a half hour. I made more the next week going by the recipe but adding mushrooms , provalone cheese , some swiss , mozzarella to each layer, and added about 15 Italian meatballs on the top dressing and it is now perfection. Standing in at 4 inches thick on its own , "The Bombdiggity".

This lasagna tastes as good as it looks on the show. We absolutley loved it! Who cares if 2 lbs of noodles are to much. Just dont cook that much. The ideas and flavors behind the recipe are awesome.
