I have made lasagna in the past that just didn't cut it. Then I found this recipe. It is so easy to make and tastes GREAT! In the last 3 months I have made it 3 times. It is my families favorite!

This lasagna turned out great! I made it over Christmas for my family and they all loved it! Definitely need to double the sauce recipe. I aslo needed to double the ricotta too because there just wasn't enough for the layers. I added some oregano and an egg to the ricotta mixure. I can't wait to make this again! I also LOVED the tomato sauce recipe. I would recommend making the sauce and not getting a store bought jar. Thanks Guy!

This recipe made me a HERO with my friends and family.! It took a little longer than I the recipe said, but it was well worth the time that I spent cooking. I will make this again!

The only thing I did different was not boil the noodles. The noodles will absorb water out of the sauce when it is baked and become as tender as though you boiled them in water but they take on the flavor of the sauce instead. Put in a salad and garlic bread and there you go.

PORK FAT RULES! This was the best lasagna I've ever had! It's like eating pizza and lasagna at the same time. Very juicey.

Even though this has been my family?s favorite for 2 years I am wonderfully thrilled that someone else has fabulous taste. I one day just happened to have the idea to combine pizza and lasagna, my families two favorite foods. It is also a spinoff of my husband?s favorite sub sandwich which even a certain sub chain that he worked for, said eewh!!!. His sandwich is tuna salad sandwich with pepperoni , banana peppers, lots of mayo, green pepper, lettuce, tomato and balsalmic vinagrette. Maybe I can see you make this on your show one day if not I?m sure you might enjoy it yourself. I know my husband does every week.

This lasagna recipe rocks! Loved it with the pepperoni and I also added a few chopped up capers. The 2 lbs of noodles was too much, I used about half of that but no big deal. I will use this recipe again and again!

I agree with a previous review that said that this recipe had to be a mistake. I absolutely love the idea of the crisp pepperoni mixed in the the lasagna, and while Guy's recipes are usually top notch, this one fails big time. Are the amounts a misprint? There is no way that one half cup of sauce can cover an entire layer of a 10 x 14 pan of lasagna. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding additional sauce in the layers just so they could be completely covered with the tomato sauce. It turned out very dry. If you have a good lasagna recipe, you would probably be better off just using your own sauce and cheese ratios and adding the crisped pepperoni. Like this recipe, we have switched to using ground italian sausage in our traditional lasagna along with some smoke provolone and it is always mouthwatering.
