It was quick and easy and truly the best lasagna I've ever had. The sauce was really good and easy to make.

The recipe for the Lasagna was as easy as you said. Very impressed w/ the way you cooled down the lasagna by putting it in a bowl of ice water. That to me made the rest of the recipe quicker than all the time I've been making lasagna for my family. Bravo!!!

This was one of the best lasagnas I or my family have ever had. I would definetly double up on the sauce, it was difficult to stretch.. But this was amazing. My family is begging me to make it again. :O

The fried pepperoni is what really makes an otherwise average lasagna recipe really ZING! I halved the recipe - no problem - for our family of three. Now I'm adding fried pepperoni to all my other pasta dishes - even putting it on sandwiches! I just hope there's a prize for having the highest cholesterol level in my doctor's practice because I'm bucking for first place! Yummy!

I have to make this again because everybody devoured this including the neighbors. Very deceiving though putting the sauce instructions at the end - takes and hour to make and needs to be done first. DO NOT USE JAR SAUCE!! This sauce recipe MAKES the Dish! I also used hot and sweet turkey sausage since there was enough pig and fat that I needed to cut it out and am I sure it tasted just as good.

We are now spoiled and will never eat lasagna any other way - this was absolutely amazing and the crispy pepperoni, bananas!

It was different, but good. Made it last night for my family and we all loved it. I am going to use this again.

Used crushed tomatoes for the sauce making and it turned out fine....Prep time is a little under estimated. Can't figure out how to keep the pepperoni crunchy.....With that said...Real good lasagna recipe...Takes time but good...
