I'm looking at this drooling. Definitely something to try. Perhaps as an alternative to take - out Pizza during Super Bowl weekend?

This lasagna is insanity in a 10 x 14 inch pan. Love it! I used store bought tomato sauce bc I didn't have what I needed to make my own, but it was amazingly good. Will most def be my go to lasagna recipe from here on out!

The best part of this recipe is frying the pepperoni before adding it to the lasagna, so it's nice and crispy even after you bake it. Works just as well with No Boil Lasagna noodles. I've also used canned tomato sauce when I don't have the time to make my own, and it's still wonderful. My husband LOVES this. Thanks Guy!

I made this tonight and it was amazing!! Frying the pepperoni is critical - don't skip this step. I used canned plum tomatoes for the sauce and they worked perfectly. If you follow the measurements and pan size, you will have the right amounts but way too many noodles. That's the only change I would make. Probably 1lb would be enough. SOO yummy, and I won't have to cook again for days - it makes a lot.

This was great and easy. I used 1lb hamburger and 1lb sausage. Browned together. It was a nice twist.

This was much easier to make than my own lasagna. In fact, I think it's even better! I got this recipe from my new, signed "Guy Fieri Food: Cookin' It, Livin' It, Lovin' It" -- his autobiographical recipe book I recommend highly. Enjoy this great lasagna, and get the book!

I used this recipe as a base. Used good jar sauce didn't feel like making my own today. I also mixed about 1/2tbsp of oregano and basil into the ricotta so it wasn't bland. Blended nicely and added to the flavor profile. The clincher for my wife was the pepperoni. And be certain to slow crisp - this lasagne sets up nicely since it has so little grease. The pepperoni really sweats it off. Played around with the cheese as well. I used 1/2 romano and 1/2 parm. Oh and I added some some smoked provolone slices in one of the layers. Momman said this was Restaurant Good!!
