I am not a lasagna lover. That being said, my friends are, and so I tried it. It really was a treat ! I love making it, too ! So Italian and comforting ! As with another network kitchen recipe, this is on the way to the same small group of teaching nuns in Ohio !! They will love it, too.

I've made this recipe several times. Everyone loves it! I didn't realize how important it is to brown the pepperoni! I buy a good pasta sauce instead of making the sauce. Guy is my favorite on the Food Network. I love his style of cooking and his personality! Let's hope the next Food Network Star can be somewhat like him. I haven't been impressed with last years winner.

I made this dish even easier by using no cook lasagna noodles. I also just used pepperoni and no sausage, so that cut down on preparation time. Got lots of compliments on this when I made it for a crowd :

This was AMAZING. I would recommend buying a chunk of pepperoni from the butcher, dicing it up, pan searing it for 2-3 minutes until it gets sweaty, then mix that into the lasagna. The chunks of sausage and pepperoni together are amazing. Sliced is fine, but if you go that extra step, it makes a huge difference. My kids call it their 'pizza casserole'; anyone will love this...

I think this recipe was a great and exciting change to the traditional dish. For the people who missed the clues, It makes two (2 pans of Lasagna. If you dish out the ingredients as read, guess what? You have enough for another pan. Thats why 2lbs of noodles is too much. And why are you changing the recipe? Lets rate Guy's Recipe! Buono!!

Made this for my husband & he loved it. I'm not a fan of lasagna or pepperoni & even I had a small piece & it was really good. 2 lbs of lasagna is too much, 1 lb is the correct amount. I also didn't boil the pasta before-hand & it came out perfect. I did bake it a little longer than stated. I also used my own home-made sauce. Nice job, Guy! Thanks!
