WOW - we made this last nite with fresh peaches. used 4 large ones, just right. Did add the cranberries, but forgot the blueberries and did not think raspberry would compliment. Used chopped pecans because that is what we had. So good we took pictures of the whole event and posted on facebook. When fresh peaches are gone we willtry again with frozen.
    Thanks GUY>

Delicious. I have a dairy allergy, so I substituted vegan "spread" for the butter & just omitted the heavy cream. The topping still turned out great. (Cleaning the cast iron skillet afterward . . . that wasn't easy.

Yummy! I added more peaches; 8 of them; used a pint of blueberries, and used less butter. I actually used Smart Balance to reduce the fat/calories. I didn't include the rum because of our kids. Everyone loved it with the vanilla bean ice cream - it was just so delicious and a great summer dessert! It was fairly quick to put together and I blanched the peaches beforehand. I used a 9x12 glass dish and there was plenty of room in the dish. I took a photo; it was just so enticing when I removed it from the oven all bubbly and brown! Love the recipe! Keep 'em coming!!!

Amazing - and I even left out the lemon and rum! I also forgot the cream (on accident!, but the top still turned out crumbly and delicious.

Great recipe - even if I wasn't able to follow it exactly. I found it this morning and decided to make for our Fourth of July supper with the family. We had babies at the table, so we skipped the rum. Also didn't have a lemon to zest, but did have some bottled lemon juice. I'm positive the fresh lemon and zest would have made it even better, but living in the country I had to go with what I had on hand. I did cook it in a cast iron skillet, but served it with home made vanilla ice cream.... even the babies were moaning with delight. Guy, love your shows and LOVED this recipe. Thanks!

We loved the recipe. I don't love when someone starts out by saying they followed the recipe exactly...and then list all the changes they made. FUNNY.

Fabulous!! This desert was the perfect balance of sweet with a bit tart. I used large, firm (almost crunchy, yellow peaches. The peaches were perfect once baked and there was just a hint of the rum flavor. My family loved this and have asked repeatedly when I'll make it again. It was so easy to prepare that I have a feeling this will become a family favorite.

Wonderful desert! To the person who rated this a two and used white peaches. White peaches arent flavorful and not for cooking....

Followed the directions completely and found that there was no real taste to the peaches. I used fresh white peaches. The dessert didn't have a lot of taste.
