We love this dish. It's a little in depth and time consuming, but well worth it to get the resulting burst of flavor varieties. I've followed the recipe exactly and it's great. I've also changed it up a little by using left over crock pot roast beef. I also can never find JUST asiago cheese, so always use shredded parmesan blend which contains asiago, parm and some other cheeses. It's delicious! Gonna try to make it again this week. It's my hubby's favorite meal.

Awesome, but i made adjustments to create a lower fat version. Used 1/2 pound of lean ground beef and 1 pound of chicken sausage minus the casing. Also swapped zucchini for the carrots, and used hot sauce instead of worcestire sauce.great and very tasty.

This was absolutely delicious!!!! Will definitely be making again and again..I used chicken stock instead of beef stock. Instead of the parsnips, I used celery and instead of Asiago cheese, used shredded parmesan and italian cheese, and used beef sausage instead. My 4-year-old really liked it too! DELICIOUS!!!!!

I saw this on tv, checked the recipe on here to make sure I had the right ingredients, and couldn't wait to make it! The only difference was that I didn't have any sausage, but I seasoned the heck out of my ground beef when it was cooking and it seemed to work. My boyfriend loved the garlic mashed on top, and I thought the roasted vegetables totally made the whole dish.

Didn't take as long as the recipe said because you can multitask. It was amazingly delicious and a great way to use leftover potatoes from thanksgiving:

Delicious! I had ground bison and turkey in the house so that is what I used, but I stuck to the recipe with everything else. Came out fantastic!

Hard Core FOOD! Made the recipe exactly as printed. Had 3 couples over for a mid-work-week dinner. Everyone devoured the caaserole. While eating, we talked about other dishes we could make with the same ingredients. We tried and succeeded. The new dish used everything listed EXCEPT the potatoes. We finely chopped all veggies, etc. and then added sweet hungarian chili powder. The new chili dish was terrific. For what this is worth... Annie , Fremont , CA
