It was very good, and I was in a rush and had to change it up a bit. Cooked Veg. on the side at the same time I cooked the pie and used instant potatoes on top. I never use instant potatoes, but I was in a big hurry and I cut the time down to less than 45 mins.

Very Tasty!! I made this for a dinner party of 14 and it was wonderful. I served it in individual soup bowls with a salad and a thick slice of country bread. Great presentation. I would do this again.

YUMMY!!! I made this tonight for my little brother and his friend and they LOVED IT, both are picky eaters. Debated on the parsnips though since I or anyone in my house had ever heard of them though but boy are we glad I decided to add them anyway. Another great dish

WAAAAY too much black pepper in the mashed potatoes. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making. However, that being said, I will make it again with less pepper in the taters. The meat mixture was very tasty, but the amount of pepper in the taters fried our palettes so the asiago etc. was lost completely. I would back that to half (at least of what the recipe as written calls for next. Made the "My Brothers Brussels" with it and those were FABULOUS!

YUMMY!! Roasted parsnips almost never made it in the mix they were so good!! LOL : Nice twist on a comfy dish comes out perfectly, no need to change a thing which I normally do. It is great the way it is, but I probably will add more veggies next time and trust me there will be a next time! :

I made this for my husband and he ate 5 helpings! He loved it! There were a few steps to follow, but it was fun to make something new with ground meat..especially since I'm not a big fan of ground meat. I added roma tomatoes to the roasted vegie list. I think the caramelization from the vegies is what enhanced the flavor of this dish. This was 10 times better than shepard's pie! Thanks Guy!
