I got home early from work on Friday and the show was on when you were making this as soon as you were done I was at the store getting the ingredients. I asked for pancetta and nobody knew what it was... Being Italian I knew what it was so I asked them if they knew where an Italian grocery store was... proceeded to the Italian store went home and went to work.. It was my boyfriends birthday and we has a small gathering needless to say the food was gone and everybody loved it. Thank you so much for making his 30th birthday such a big hit!

Made this the other night and was OUTSTANDING. The aroma, the tenderness of the ribs and sausages, the sauce, even the radiator pasta went perfectly. We couldn't stop eating.

This was so good. But i have 3 small boys in the house. Was wondering if someone could adapt this to a crock pot for me. I could figure it out but would love a cooking time guideline to help. Thanks!

We caught the end of this episode last week ( so I followed the recipe exact. DH said print this one. Well today is the first day without 90 degree heat and humidity here in the northeast and I made it.

Worth every penny, and minute spent. I wasn't sure if I should add the juices from the tomatoes but I did. It's awesome... Will make it again on a cold winter day. Make sure you have good crusty Italian bread.

The rib meat fell off the bone, and there was just an unbelievable combination of flavors! Thanks Guy! Big Flavor on this one!

This recipe is a bit time-intensive but worth every minute of it! I would have never thought of cooking pork ribs and Italian sausage together. I used bacon instead of pancetta and I added chunks of fresh sweet potatoes. It got better with each passing day. Wonderful recipe, Guy.

The ribs didn't seem to pair well at all with the sausage. A lot of work doesn't seem to be worth it. But good!

I was thinking this would be a great meal to have leftovers. Wrong. To have leftovers you have to be able to stop eating the initial dinner. Mama Lucia I am powerless against this meal. I came home the next evening and the incredible aroma was still in the house. I will use this many, many times. Oh I used country style pork ribs by accident. Awesome.
