Best thing I've made in my dutch oven!

    Great leftovers too!

I Cut down the ribs to an hour. I also covered them with foil to stay moist. No need to drain the tomatos. There is a difference with type of tomatos used, so pay a little extra. Great recipe. Hearty meal. This wold be great with 5lbs of Italian sausage instead of using ribs.

I've made this recipe twice and both times I have gotten great compliments. It involves some work but so well worth it. I incorporate the pancetta into the recipe instead of discarding it and use sweet italian sausage. Guy's recipes are great crowd pleasers!!

This is the best recipe. I do substitue linguicia and andouille sausage for the italian (I don't like italian sausage but the outcome is great. I'm make a double portion of this recipe for the Super Bowl, my guests are going to be floored. I'm making it the day before because it's even better the next day. OMG! It's deelishous!

Can't count how many times I've made it. Shifiting ingredients around now and then, but it is always fantastic and even better the second night! Guy, you are my favorite!!

Made this meal minus the bell peppers and substituting bacon as well as boneless ribs. . I also added carrots and potatoes to round out the pot. My family loved it, and even though I had a 8 qt pot full when dinner started, there is barely enough left for my lunch today. What a fabulous meal. Easy to cook, and only took 3 1/2 hours due to using bonesless ribs. Also added fire roasted tomatoes which deepened flavors. This recipe is a WINNER.

One of my most favorite meals. Dose take a lot of time to cook but well worth it. The ribs are so tender that when you grab a rib all you get is the bone, the meat just falls off it.

They always say stick to what you've made and know is good when having company.I didn't follow that rule,I'm so glad! It was the hit of the party. The ribs all fell off the bone,if you want to serve them whole I would suggest a lesser cooking time . I removed all the bones and bought deli rolls instead of making pasta.Best sandwiches ever! The only other change I made was to cut the red pepper flakes to one teaspoon instead of two and I also doubled the recipe. Thanks Guy I'm your new biggest fan!

I've made this twice now and my husband and daughter just LOVE it! The pork just melts off the bones. The longer cooked the better. A MUST try!! Take your time and cook as long as recommended.
