I'll tell you something...this was absolutely the best. So darn delicious. I was just talking to my husband about NOT cooking tonight when GUY came on...We always watch GUY like it's OUR Superbowl..As he was talking on and on about the ingrediants..and chopping I ran over to my computer and printed out the recipe..Within a half hour I was at our supermarket getting all that I needed. I cut only a few corners. I used all the ingrediants, but I did not use fresh parsley, basil or garlic. I used counter/shelf kind. I only cooked the ribs (which were boneless for an hour. After putting the ribs back into the pot, I cooked everything for about 2 hours. THOSE canned Tomatoes (which DO NOT need to be drained were the best as GUY said...I cooked over Ziti pasta.. My family is used to me getting recipes off the foodnetwork and trying them out. Most times I get the "that was great" response. BUT, this time I got "that's the best I meal I've ever tasted" and "that tasted like a professional chef made it". Along with lots of "THIS IS MONEY" comments and laughs. They really loved it. We are so stuffed. By the way, I made that "Italian Stallion Salad" that was with the show and it was a big hit too..Thank you GUY and LOVE your sense of humor you have when you cook.

    Guy,

Thank you for a wonderful recipe. This is my first review and it is worthy of one. I have made alot of dishes from the foodnetwork and have not made any comments but I had to for this one. It is awesome. I made some minor changes but nothing to talk about and it still came out awesome. Guy, again thanks!

This is the first time I have ever reviewed a recipe but I wanted to tell how wonderfully simple and earthy tasting this dish is. I made a few adjustments but nothing significant to write about. The recipe required easy ingredients that I had almost everything on hand. Everyone who tasted it loved it. Will be making this again and again...

I used this idea as a starting point with ingredients I had on hand. I substituted regular bacon for panchetta, used off the shelf canned tomatoes, bottled roasted red peppers and used dried herbs instead of fresh and it still came out fabulous! I even finished it off in a crock pot instead of monitored cooking in the oven. This is a WOW recipe that I will use over and over. Thanks SO MUCH to Guy!

I saw this recipe last week and I thought I would make something to match the greatness of my boys, the Steelers! All I can say is RE-DICULOUS (I know it's not spelled that way, but I use that to accentuate how OFF THE CHAIN something is! Easy preparation, fantastic aroma and tremendous flavor! I'm a 37 year fan of the Steelers and I was honored to serve this meal to match the greatness of the Black and Gold! Great job Guy!

I saw Guy making this recipe on his show and I had to try it. It looked better than it actually tasted. There was something about the Italian Sausage and the Pasta that didn't go with the Pork Ribs. Sorry Guy - you are still one of my favorites though....
