I knew when I was watching Guy make this that I had to try it. I finally did yesterday! The plan was make it a day ahead of the Super Bowl and then serve it during the game so there were no dishes. Well let's just say that plans changed. My kitchen smelled so incredibly good that we couldn't wait. This dish was so incredibly good and full of flavor. I would not consider this to be at an intermediate level at all. It just takes some planning, that's all. Big Hearly Thanks to you Guy for another beast recipe! I love everything that you make!

This was very easy to put together. My 10 year old said it was the best dish he's had in a long time.

Guy this looks so good, i'm going to have to make this soon. Having some girlfriends over next week for an afternoon luncheon and this is the perfect dish to '' SLAM'' on them.
Plus that lovely Italian Salad. Thank you for a great idea!

Yep, blew all 15 guests out of their seats! This dish, the sauce, is about the best pasta dish ever created. The hot italian sausage gets it to pop and the added pork ribs send it over the top. Ive made it twice and will continue to share it with family, friends and neighbors.

    Thanks Guy

I cooked this for my dad and his wife.... I looked like a ROCK STAR! The only substitute I made was bacon for pancetta. It was so tender and had a some heat from the red pepper flakes. I know it says intermediate but don't let it fool you. The recipe is pretty easy just took a little time to prepare. Once you do - you will be pleased.
    Thanks GUY!!!

This is a great tasting recipe and I have made it several times since i first saw it.I finished it off in a cast iron Dutch oven and that seemed to give it a long slow cooked flavor. I cook this for just two of us, and it gets better as the days go by. Thanks for a great recipe.

Simply awesome, the sauce was fantastic and the ribs tender as possible. Of course I modified things a bit, I used a bunch from fresh tomatoes from the store and I slow cooked the ribs 2 hours at 200 before putting into the sauce.
