    I watched the episode where Guy makes this dish. It looked awesome. Mine just went all wrong. The pancetta made no fat. None. I didn't think that was possible. But none. Went to a bunch of different stores, no one had curants. The balsamic and olive oil at least salvaged how dry this dish seemed to become. Also, I'm not a brussles sprouts fan, and Guy dared his viewers to try this dish. I'm still on the anti-brussels sprouts side of the fence. I'll try this dish again, but as of now, I was not impressed. Sorry Guy.

    Never had them before...am now a faithful fan. I can't wait to cook them again!!! They were great but I will probably just do olive oil and leave out the bacon...gotta watch the cholesterol!

    I have been the lonely brussel sprout eater in my family until NOW! Super easy, very tasty, and a great way to get my family to eat brussel sprouts.. Craveable!

    WOW, Guy!! This is great. My kids have always loved brussel sprouts, I know that's weird, and this recipe was a super hit!! Lots of flavor!
