This recipes is fabulous, but the leftovers are not so good. The cream separates and you end up with a very very oily and greasy meal. So I will make a half recipe next time so that we do not have leftovers. I did love the spice rub. I made a double recipe of that and plan to use it on shrimp and fish. Also, to the person who commented that this is healthier because the sauce doesn't have butter.....heavy cream is what butter is made of, so at 1200 calories a serving, this is a once a year dish for my family.

I have made this twice so far, following the recipe exactly. And my family loves it! The blackening spice can be a little overpowering when in the skillet, but don't stop there! The chicken is so tender and juicy, and the seasonings make it spicy but yet not too hot. I make extra blackening spice for later, because when I make it, they can't wait until I make it again! Thanks Guy!

OMG! What a wonderful dish! We have found alot of great recipes on Food Network and in the Food Network Magazine but this one rates in the top 5. Will definitely make this one again. Used Guy's tip on the show of not placing the chicken in the entire bowl of spicies and we will use the extra spices when we make a stir fry this week. Keep these awesome recipes coming!

This recipe is fantastic! Talk about umami, OMG! I begged my sweetie to make it again within the same week but to double it the next time.
This would be a great "dinner party" meal.
    Thank you Guy!

This recipe is delicious! My husband immediately exclaimed, "this is a hit!" at first bite. I used 1/2 the cayenne in the blackend seasoning recipe since we don't like things too too spicy and I used chicken stock for the white wine because I didn't have any white wine and it turned out delicious. The cream sounds like a lot (3 cups but this cooks up for an entire pound of pasta and 4 chicken breasts (I actually used 5 because I had an extra one and I think the "serves 4" is if you dish up very generous portions. We have far more than just 2 portions of leftovers remaining. I will definitely cook this recipe again.

Made this lastnight, was super easy for a weeknight dinner. I used 2% milk instead of heavy cream and added 1 Tbsp corn starch to make sure it thickened up. The seasoning on the chicken was perfect and was very juicy, this is a keeper!!
