My whole family loves this dish! Not a whole lot of work compared to the amount of flavors. I've made it 5-6 times since I found this recipe and my family asks for it often. Thanks Guy!

I love this pasta!! I am agree to put in the chicken slices last, to maintain that nice crust, this recipe is a keeper!!

very solid dish. i am surprised, however, how on both versions of this, it is instructed to put in the chicken slices early with the sun dried tomatoes. this is an error. the first time i made this, i followed the instructions and noticed the crust basically melted off the chicken into the sauce.
i thought to myself, next time i will put in the chicken slices last, to maintain that nice crust.
i even re-watched the episode where GUY makes this and he confirmed my suspicions and added the chicken slices LAST, after he added the cheese and pasta.
in terms of how much salt to add at the end, it all depends on the saltiness of the pasta water and miscellaneous factors. i would hold off on the salt, taste the end product, then add salt accordingly.
but seriously, put the chicken slices in LAST, not directly into the sauce as directed.

Delicious! And really easy too - especially for a Guy recipe. I love watching him, but sometimes his recipes call for a million ingredients and have a thousand steps. Not this one. The spice rub is especially good - I'll definitely be trying it on some fish in the future. The only change I made was to add some mushrooms I needed to use up. This one is a winner.

We saw Guy make this last weekend on food network and couldn't wait to make it. Well today was the day and it was so delicious! I didn't change anything and it turned out perfect! I'll make this again!

Very simple to make and delicious. My husband went back for seconds. This is a keeper. I used shrimp this time because we just had chicken. This works very well with either.

I just made this recipe for dinner. The only thing I changed was using shrimp instead of chicken. I don't like chicken. This is a great dish. Easy, simple, fast and delicious. My husband really liked it, and thinks I should cook this for one of our sons' birthday dinner in a couple of weeks. Another great thing about this recipe is the lack of butter in the Alfredo sauce. Makes it healthier and never noticed it was missing.

I saw this recipe on Sunday on The Best Thing I Ever Made the Go To recipe - I made it last night and the only thing I changed was from Sundried tomoatoes to roasted red peppers. I was the best! Thanks Guy for creating this recipe when you were in school - it was awesome.
