So easy and so good. I watched Guy make this on the show and had to try it. It was better than any I've tried before so I made it again for a dinner party. It was hit! Very glad Guy gave us the Blackening Spice recipe too; it's so fragrant, I'll be sure to use it with other recipes.

Definitely a go-to dish to impress anyone. LOVE this. I even make the chicken by itself.

One tip is that I do not use near the amount of heavy cream that Guy does. I don't feel it takes anything away from the dish at all.

    Fantastic.

Very good, but I went a bit heavy on the spice rub, and will not be doing that again! Was too spicy, and we like spicy! Will make this again, but use less rub.

VERY tasty and definitely a keeper recipe for our home. My husband and I both loved it and it was extra special because we used oven-dried tomatoes picked from our garden.

I've always made Alfredo sauce from a package mix (like Knorr or used a canned sauce, but now I know how to make Alfredo sauce from scratch and it tastes SO much better.

OMG!!! This dish was awesome delicious, the best pasta dish I've ever made. I followed the recipe, but added more wine and cheese to the sauce for more flavor. This was a hit with my guy :D, and that's always a good thing. We talked about making it with Shrimp and scallops. Can't Wait!!

If I could give this ten stars I would. Maybe add a little more sun dried tomatoes. Wow this was awesome.
