    Absolutely delicious. I used low sodium bacon but did everything else as directed. No one could believe it wasn't loaded with cream and butter. The bucatini is fun but hard to find - got mine at Amazon. Thanks Guy!

    Simply delicious! Even my husband loved it and he normally prefers some sort of tomato based sauce. Definitely a keeper!

    I could'nt find the bucatini anywhere so I used spagetti and this was fabulous! I am going to keep my eyes peeled for bucatini though. Again,I don't often find recipes that I want to make again but this is one I will def make again!!

    I prepared this dish for my family today. It wasn't cheesey enough for me, so I added sour cream. I also sauted mushrooms and onions with the pancetta. I used spinach instead of peas. I will fix it again. Very different and tasty :

    It was very good, I made a few minor changes by adding a little fresh mushroom, onion and spinach. It was rich but still very good.
