I saw these cooked on TV last week and had to try them. I had never made egg rolls before but it did not look hard. They were easy to prepare and fun to make with friends. The best part is that they are not heavy like ordinary egg rolls -- very light -so you can eat more : My husband who "does not eat egg rolls" loved them too!

the dipping sauce is at the end of the ingredients. jarred sweet chili sauce. it looks like just another unfamilar ingredient, but i use this alot, great on baked potatoes with butter.

There is a lot of chopping to this recipe but it is totally worth it. The egg rolls were fabulous and very easy to do. I have never made egg rolls before but I enjoyed these and look forward to playing with the recipe.

Guy, just watched you prepare this dish and immediately printed to go shopping and prepare today but no recipe for the dipping sauce you made on your show.

It sounded fantastic and I feel can make or break a dish therefore PLEASE post the recipe. Thanks and will be watching for it. You rock and I saw you throughout your competition and see you took Bobby Flay's advice re the jewelry, lol. Enjoy episodes with your son!
