The recipe online lacks alot of info and skills that are shown when you watch him actually cook it. I watched the show and then tried the recipe. I also referred back to the online recipe for reminder of some info and noticed that Guy really showed alot more than the recipe directions did. IT WAS AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband loved it! I love Guy and all the shows at FN.

Saw the show and thought it would be great for a change for dinner. Cut up all the ingredients and two & half hours later we finally sat down to dinner. We really loved it, but it's very time consuming. I also skipped the queso fresco. Next time I will do things a little different to see if I can cut down on the time.
    Thanks Guy for the recipe.

It took me 2 hours using two pans. I didn't think it was going to be worth all the time for chicken and potatoes, but everyone loved it. I'll just plan on starting it a little earlier.

My husband is very much the meat and potatoes man. I don't often try recipes that don't have a hunk of meat for him to bite into. However, this looked and sounded so good I thought I would make it and use it for my lunch. He came into the house as I was cooking and wanted to try a bite. He loved this recipe. I will be trying more recipes for my lunch when he's home. I may end up with a broader range I can fix for dinner. Thank you.

It took longer than 55 minutes, but other than that it was great. We left out the tomatos and queso fresco, and added some red pepper flake and cayenne pepper to the peppers/onion mix, and then used some seasoning salt while frying the potatoes. It turned out awesome!

We also used a dark ale beer. Turned out very well, will make again.

This dish is very easy to prepare. The taste is out of this world. My husband and I can not get enough of Guy's flavors.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hash. I did make some adjustments. We don't like tomatos, so I left them out. I live in a very rural area and couldn't find the queso fresco, so I left that out as well. I used creole seasoning on the chicken skins and in the vegtable mixture, it gave great flavor to the dish and spiced it up more! It did take alot longer that 55 minutes though, took about an hour and a half. Worth the wait, even the left overs were good. Will definately make this Hash again. Great Job Guy!!!

I saw this and thought it looked great. It took longer than I thought but I just fried the potatoes in another pan before mixing them with the chicken and vegitables. The end result was really good. I will make it again!
