    One or two less red potatoes and an extra thigh or two did it for me. A little Slap-Ya-Mama seasoning cured any doubt for taste. Will make this again.

    My wife and I watched "Guy" make this dish on his show. It looked great. We recorded it so we would be able to make it just like he did. Armed with the video tape and the printed recipe, we made it for dinner. After 3 bites of the completed dish, I called out for a pizza.

    I will continue to watch Guy's shows, but will burn the video tape.

    I love most of Guy's recipes but this one was not up to par. It took a lot longer then it said, you needed a pan the size of your stovetop, and also it lack flavor.

    I thought it sounded good but in making this recipe I found it lacking. Maybe I don't like hash? or maybe it just wasn't that good? I think Guy can do better. Chicken hash? I think he is a better chef than this.
