So tasty, I grub on the leftovers the next day, and the next! I've done a couple different ground meats (beef, chicken, pork in this and it works great with any of them. This episode was on TV again the other day and I made sure to DVR it to hype me up to make it again!

These lettuce cups were delicious! I substituted tofu for chicken but otherwise made then exactly per the recipe. Yum!!! A definite keeper and so easy to make.

How odd. I just finished watching this show again, and came online to see if I Had already saved the recipe. I had. I decided to read the new comments and I read one from a Chef in Somers, CT dated April 13, 2010. The wording was mine! I knew I had written that exact comment but I gave the recipe a higher rating and had paragraph breaks. You will find mine dated on Feburary 15, 2010, on the next page. Please cooks, write your own reviews. Plagerizing someone elses does not give anyone any new ideas or changes you may have made.

I hosted a few good friends for a light lunch and everyone LOVED this!!! Be advised that this may be too spicy for some. I served it with Bobby Flay's grilled eggplant, and it was a great meal.

I made Bobby Flay's fried chicken last night and was looking for something to with my left over chicken breasts. I was... crazing something Asian. I used all the vegtables I had on hand, red pepper, shallots, celery and carrots. I followed the other posters and used a food processor to do a rough chop of everything. I used some Thai sweet chili sauce for the heat. I didn't have apricot jam, but I did have some sweet soy sauce that I bought at the local china store. I doubled the veggies also. Fantastic flavor! what a turn for left over fried chicken breasts too. I just sent my hubby to the store for some more lettuce. These will be great for lunch tomorrow! I made some soy, honey, sesame oil and red chili flacks for a side sauce if anyone wanted more heat. Diffenently a keeper for left over chicken! Other posters have mentioned Peanuts?? There are no peanuts in the recippe, but I rough chopped some dry roasted ones and had and added them to the chicken mixture. Very nice added texture. And I had already made up a lot of fried wontons that I love to use in salads. So I was ready, set , and GO!

If you type Chinese Cheesecake in the search area, you can pull up the video of Guy making this. It is listed as Chinese Canoli. It doesn't give you the step -by-step written recipe, but he tells you what he puts in them. Cream cheese, ricotta cheese, confectioners sugar which he seemed to eyeball but added probably used equal parts of the cheeses and half the amount of sugar compared to the cheese. He then egg washed the edges of egg wrappers, put a dollop if the cheese mix in the center, added some fresh raspberries, rolled them up and fried them in a shallow pan of oil seem side down. then he topped them with whip cream and more berries I think sprinkling some cinnamon and sugar on the finished "rolls" would be a nice addition. Hope that helps
