Since this episode aired, I have made this numerous times and had rave reviews. Anyone can try it, just follow the measurements accurately.

I thought it was great! Full of flavor with a nice zing. We also added some red pepper flakes because we like it a little more spicy. A really nice one-bowl meal!

What a great recipe for an English staple. Being English I avoid chicken tikka In restaurants because it is too creamy and bland, but this one is tasty with complex flavours. I made it in 1 hour taking a few shortcuts like browning the chicken in a pot rather than grill and leaving out marinating time. I used about 1/2 cup yoghurt and about 2 oz cream just for texture.
It tasted even better next day. Well done Guy, this one's better than the English.

Being a chef means that I`m always looking for new recipes. Sometimes it is a gamble, but not with Guy. This Chicken Tikka Masala was the best so far I ever tried. I used chicken breast and didn`t make it too spicy, but with the roasted couliflowers and chickpeas it was a lovely dinner for the family. And my husband does not like curry and spicy food, but he loved this one. So thank you Guy. :

This was fantastic! I used bone-in chicken breasts and thighs. My grill was out of gas and my pressure cooker broke, so I improvised by grilling the marinated chicken on my range top grill pan and braised the sauce and chicken in my dutch oven for about an hour on simmer. I thickened up the sauce at the end with a bit of corn starch mixture and served over orzo. It was delicious, and the spices were perfection and my family loved it!

Sorry, I usually love Guy's recipes, but this didn't taste like Tikka Masala to me. It was good, but not what it was supposed to be. I'll return to my other recipes.

The spices in this dish taste amazing. I used a two pound package of boneless chicken thighs and doubled the tomatoes so there was plenty of extra sauce to soak up with the naan bread that I had toasted with za'atar spice.

This recipe is excellent! I made a few changes so I could work with what I had. I used only boneless skinless chicken breast. Also, used half-n-half instead of heavy cream. After I grilled the chicken I diced it and then made the entire sauce including the half-n-half. When the sauce was ready I used my immersion blender to make it nice and smooth. My kids don't like it chunky. Then added the chicken in and adjusted the seasonings. We loved this recipe!!!

Didn't love it. For the amount of work I wanted it to be over the top good. It needed salt and I just didn't love the flavor. I will be going back to my old Tikka Masala recipe.
