This is so delicious. I cooked the basmati rice and the chickpeas with cauliflower too. The side dishes complimented the chicken marsala very well.
The only alteration I did is cutting down the cream to 1/4cup. I think it will taste equally good without the cream.

Excellent! I didn't have heavy cream so I used my husbands half and half and it still turned out great. I only had 4 chicken legs so used that, There is just the two of us. So the extra sauce I will use tomorrow for something else. A great receipe and I made the Califlower and chickpea side dish to go with it and the timing worked out well for them to be done together.

My 13 year olds are not huge fans of Indian food, but they loved this recipe. The chicken is really tender and the sauce is great served over basmati rice. Next time, I will add a pinch of sugar to cut the acidity in the tomato based sauce. And it is spicy, so i would recommend serving with raita.

This was a wonderful recipe! I made only a couple of adjustments: I cut the cayenne pepper to one teaspoon to accomodate younger childrens' tastes; after grilling the chicken (in a grill pan on the stove, I put it in a casserole dish and cooked it in the oven (at 350 for 45 mins instead of the stove. I added one cup of chicken stock to make sure it stayed moist. It was wonderful! I served it over rice cooked in chicken broth.

This recipe rocks! I've made a number of Guy Fieri's recipes and I love them all. He really gets flavor!

I have a tendency to use Bobby Flays recipes but decided to try Guy Fieris Chicken Tikka Masala. So much flavor! I wouldn't change a thing!

I used this base recipe for pork chops instead of chicken and substituted sour cream for yogurt since I didn't have any. It turned out very tasty!! I always use a bit of my own twist on all recipes and most of the time it turns out. This was very easy and yummy!!
