This recipe is absolutely awesome. I followed the recipe to a tee, and it came out wonderful. It's very easy to put together. I had boneless skinless chicken thighs and they are THE BOMB!!! Next time I may add more of the chipotle for more heat. Guy, this one is a winner, and will be a permanent part of my recipe repertoire! The thighs are flavorful and very, very moist!

This is a fantastic change of pace from bland chicken. The sauce is very easy to make and Guy lines it out very well in his video. I would recommend using a bit more mango, and about 1/2 cup of cilantro instead of 3/4 of a cup because the cilantro was a bit overpowering to the other flavors but don get me wrong it is FANTASTIC!. If you would like a little sweetness added to the tang I would probably put in a couple of tablespoons of honey and that will get you the sweet and tangy you may be looking for as well. Give this one a try and you wont be disappointed. Thank you Guy for your wisdom and motivation when it comes to food.

This is one of my favorite recipes. I made it a few times for BBQ's in 2012 and all my guests raved about it! I am now doing Paleo, so I'm going to switch the rice wine vin for apple cider vin and canola oil for light olive oil, but I bought some chicken thighs and I'm excited to make again! This recipe is a winner! I love mangoes, chipotles, cilantro and chicken, so its perfect for me.

Very distinctive and a nice change of pace. I've made this dish a few times and the sauce seems to be better, in terms of taste and consistency, if you make it well in advance and let the flavors "mingle". The thighs are more cooperative with the sauces involved...everything just sort of rolls off of the drumsticks. I'll probably make all thighs next time.

made this for a potluck, 3 people called me the next day and asked for the recipe. It is excellent, sweet at first with a hint of heat at the end. I made it exactly as the recipe states, I did use frozen mango halves from Trader Joe's, just thawed them and threw in food processor. I also used it on boneless chicken breasts. Definitely try this one!

Excellent recipe, we loved it! For the adults we marinated and basted the chicken thighs as per the recipe and for the kids we only marinated the drumsticks and it was a hit all around. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We will be using this recipe again and again! Thanks Guy!!

This were FANTASTIC! But I had to substitute a few things... I accidentally bought parsley and not cilantro so that flavour was seriously lacking. Also i could not find chipotle peppers in my store and substituted some smokey tang sauce sauce in the Caribbean. I also added a garlic herb sauce from Sunny Carabee as well. I didn't put any extra garlic (since some was in the sauce since my guest has an intolerance to it. Nonetheless, chickens thighs are great and moist on the BBQ and the mango added some nie sweetness to contrast the smokey heat.

These were a great addition to a summer BBQ on the beach. The marinade was easy to make, although those Chipotle peppers are HOT! Maybe not a crowd-pleaser (as opposed to a few people you know like spicy food. I'd recommend only using one pepper as I had to throw in some suger to kill the burn with two. This travelled well and was a huge hit at the party. I made about 40 wings and they were gone in an hour.
