This was a delicious recipe. Basted my chicken drumsticks in the yummy chipotle mango sauce over my grill and enjoyed along with good company. I would say make sure to marinade the chicken for as long as you can, so the flavors can develop through out the chicken.

By far my and my hubby's new favorite grilled chicken!! The favors are so good with a nice kick of heat from the peppers. I followed the recipe to a T but used bone in skin on chicken breast. They came out so moist. This will for sure be my go to grilled chicken recipe.

I went rugged on this recipe. I was in Costa Rica and rented a little cottage. I had a two burner stove and toaster oven and still managed to make this and it was AWESOME. One luxury was organic free range chicken and organic mangos along with the other ingredients. I had no food processor so I mixed all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mushed them with two forks. I poured the marinade into a vegetable bag and mushed all the ingredients in there more, threw the chicken in, massaged it and then put in the fridge overnight. Since I had no grill, I seared the chicken thighs on both sides for about three minutes and then put it in the toaster oven on 400 F for 30 minutes, basting after fifteen minutes; knock down drag out awesome. I cooked three pieces and my husband and I were fighting over the third piece. I made extra the next time so I could use the meat in sandwiches the next day. If I can make this recipe here, you can make it anywhere.

This is one of my favorite recipes. The ingredients are affordable and the chicken is delicious! I use boneless, skinless thighs and a little indoor grill, very yummy. My boyfriend and I love this recipe!

Excellent! I also used chicken breasts, bone in and skin on, to retain moisture. Barbecued on the Weber with mesquite, indirect cooking. I used left over sauce to baste with. Moist, succulent chicken, loads of flavor. Will definitely be grilling again with this recipe! Thanks Guy!!

We also made this with chicken breasts and enjoyed the full flavor. Definitely helpful using the reserve marinade as a basting tool! Great recipe!

I have made this twice now. It's very tasty! I added about 2T brown sugar to the marinade. I prefer using the drumstick meat that is off the bone. One of my friends requested I make this for the 4th...several people requested the recipe! So good and easy!

Love this recipe! I use this sauce for everything now. Chicken, burgers, pulled pork. I added some honey to it and used it as a glaze for cedar plank salmon.
