The sauce is awesome. I broiled the chicken. Turned out great. This will definitely be made regularly.

We loved this dish! I used chicken breasts instead of legs, etc and it was great! My kids don't usually like "weird looking" stuff (but we make them try a bite at least! and they all loved it! :D (Out of 5 breasts grilled, we had half a breast left....my kids are 10, 8, 5, and 2. Great great recipe and so easy!

This is a great recipe! The sauce makes a great marinade, and it tastes so good cooked on the chicken. The marinade was super simple to make and had such a unique flavor. Will definitely make this again!

This sauce is amazing! The mango keeps the heat back and the cilantro adds a nice balance. I would love to try this with other meats.

This dish has so much flavor, it is amazing. At first I thought it was going to be too much cilantro, but it was a really good balance. For those of you who like extra sauce when the meat/poultry is finished, I would suggest setting some sauce aside and heating it up in a saucepan. The recipe makes enough marinade to where you can set some aside for dipping later. It was nice to have that extra sauce for dipping at the end.

I loved this sauce. Have used it on chicken and pork loin roast. It has just enough heat and very easy to make.

This was a very easy recipe to prepare so I can't really complain, but I thought it was just decent. I used bone-in chicken with skin and marinated it for a bit over 5 hours. The chicken came out dry and the extra marinate simmered down was sweet but didn't "make" the dish. Probably won't make again, but I will look for something similar.

I baked it instead of grilled it and it was still good. 15 minutes before it was done I just added more marinade on top.

I saw Guy make the chicken and I went to look it up on the internet. On the show he calls it Mango Tango barbecue chicken. The recipe is, Chipotle-Mango BBQ Chicken. I made the marinade but I added some honey to even it out.

The chicken was off the hook. The flavors were right on. I suggest to leave some sauce in a bowl and then simmer the rest of the sauce that you will be brushing on the chicken.

Loved this recipe! Easy, quick and yummy, just the right amount of "afterburn".
