This recipe was not worth the trouble. The mango taste was not strong enough. My family did not enjoy iit at all.

I love a recipe where more than half of it is "throw this in the food processor!!" I didn't use all that chicken (regrettably so now I have left over sauce. Thinking of adding a little mayo, some veggies and pulled chicken as a second round recipe for chicken salad. You won't want to waste the sauce in any case. We served it alongside grilled corn and salad as a light summer meal. So good!

I made this for a family BBQ and recieved so many compliments. Even my grandma who doesn't like chicken had 2 pieces. If you like spicy food go ahead and throw in another pepper. I will definently be making this again and again.

I made this last night for my visiting Austrian relative who normally don't like much except for Austrian style food. Well they licked their plates clean on this one. Will definitely make again.

I didn't have time to marinate, and it still came out well. I used thighs, and served the chicken with fresh cilantro, and grilled chipotle peaches/mangos on the side. I really couldn't believe how much my kids loved this chicken!

I didn't have mangos, but I did happen to have mango sorbet--I substituted that (since the sorbet is sweeter than mangos, I just used a little less. Turned out great!

I made this for a pot luck summer picnic. The ingredients were easy to put together. Threw it all into a ziploc over night and next night bbq the chicken. Served it cold the next day with potatoe salad, orzo salad and a brocoli slaw. Everyone raved about chcken. Easy crowd pleaser
