I found the flavors mild, not memorable. Yes, edible. I made a side of marinara, and that helped us, because the dish did not have much liquid, and was rather thick. The spice didn't do it for us. I've made many of Guy's dishes and I like most of them, but this one was a lot of work, a lot of dirty dishes, and pretty un-spectacular.

THIS WAS DELICIOUS, BUT I DID USE A LARGER SIZE BAKING DISH AND BECAUSE OF THE NAME, I EXPECTED MORE OF A SPICY ZIP TO THE 'CHORIZO'.SO I ADDED SOME ALEPPO PEPPER AND A DASH OF HOT SAUCE.
I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN.I THINK THIS COULD BE THE ANSWER TO A GLUTEN FREE LASAGNA FOR CELIACS. LOVE GUY AND YOU SHOULD TRY HIS DRAGON'S BREATH CHILLI- WOW

First of all, I love Guy's style and his enthusiasm is totally contagious. I am a Polenta LOVER!!!! Who would have thought, Polenta Lasagna! I made this italian style - ground pork seasoned with carmelized onions/garlic, salt/pepper/oregano. I added grated romano cheese to the polenta and followed Guy's remaining directions. Total OMG!!!! it was awesome! Guy rocks!

This was an excellent combination of flavors. Not only was it great the day my daughter and I made it but it was even better as a leftover after the flavors had a chance to meld really well together. I had never eaten Swiss Chard so I was pleasantly surprised. I would also substitute with Kale or baby spinach just to make it different.

I love polenta so when I saw Guy make this on tv I knew I wanted to try it! I used Trader Joe's soy chorizo and it already comes heavily seasoned so I didn't even need to add any extra seasoning. I also substituted spinach for the chard and it was still delicious. A very fun recipe to play around with!! Want to try the concept with black beans/corn/roasted red peppers for a mexican twist!!

This was a HUGE HIT!!! I followed the recipe exactly as it was. The spices were great and my family LOVED it. It is a keeper. I am so happy because I wanted to try a recipe with polenta. Introducing a new ingrediant/recipe to your family can be stressful, especially if it is time consuming. This was worth it!!!!

Good but not great. With the spice list for the chorizo I was expecting HUGE flavor and it wasn't that exciting. For the amount of work involved it was just ok. However, my husband and I discovered we love fontina cheese!

A wonderful twist on traditional lasagna and we simply loved it. Making a homemade chorizo was quite the experience and it was a home run. Creamy and flavorful. Will definitely make again.

This is SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPEALIDOCIOUS!!!! Used ingredients we had on hand so used spinach instead of swiss chard and hot italian sausage instead of chorizo. It goes together nicely and looks great coming out of the oven. Be sure to follow directions and let it sit for 25 minutes. It needs the time to set. Then it cuts nicely and looks great on the plate. It holds well, too, and is delicious as left overs. This is definitely a keeper!
