We made this and the lettuce wraps and the cheesecake egg rolls. Fantastic, if you like to spend the afternoon in the kitchen with your hubby making a fantastic meal. Loved it and thank you for a lovely afternoon and evening! Great layers of flavor in each dish with a hint of heat! wow!

Made these with cooked shrimp, scallions, mushrooms, salt and pepper. They were great! However, Guy deep-fried them. It was the eggroll Chinese Cheese Cakes that were fried in shallow oil in a pan.

This is the first Guy recipe that I have not rated a five. I did not feel this recipe had the flavor that I was looking for. I decided to use the chipole BBQ sauce from the bacon wrapped shrimp recipe to spice up the recipe.

I absolutely loved this recipe! The spicy pineapple dip was great also. Very easy to make. I prepared them as appetizers for my friends and they devoured them.

We didn't make the dip. We used sweet chille sause, but it was good. This is easy to make and doesn't take too long.

I can't eat shrimp (allergy but have made this several times for friends. I have experimented a bit... add some julienned scallions (middle of the scallion - white + green along with the red bell pepper and cilantro... also, I ran out of honey one time so I added mango chutney (a staple in my home. It's hard to go wrong with this recipe!
