Not a big fan of cobblers myself, but I made this one for my husband and we both LOVED it. I made the recipe exactly as it was specified with one change, I cut the recipe in half. It was perfect and I would make it again!

Made it tonight for the first time. It was easy and delicious. And my husband actually liked it, and any way I can get some fruit into him is a good thing! I will definitely make this one again.

This cobbler is so easy to make. I made 4 cobblers for thanksgiving. They were the the best dishes of dessert. Thanks Guy Fieri you made my day.
I even got to add in some peach cognac to spice up the flavor

I used a variety of apples and added Raisins to the filling. It's a big hit at my house and will have it for Thanksgiving instead of pie!!!!

This is without doubt, the best peach cobbler recipe ever.
Not only did I go off my diet from the peachy, oat-y fragrance,
    I had seconds.

And now, I dream of this cobbler!!!

This is the best crumble topping I've ever tasted. Would definitely make this again, but probably with apples instead of peaches (just personal preference, I prefer apples.

I have made this crisp (I think it's more a crisp than a cobbler 4 times. Each time, I follow the recipe almost exactly and it is amazing. My only changes have been to use fresh peaches once (the last 3 times I used the same peaches only frozen and to double the topping amount. Double may not be necessary, maybe 1 1/2 times, but for me, the crunchier the better. My boyfriend loves peach crisp and I have to say this is the best recipe I've ever used. It is great fresh out of the oven and excellent re-heated. I've never experienced any of the consistency problems other users are claiming. I would definitely make this dish for company and be proud of it!

I have made many cobblers and fruit crisps but this recipe did not turn out like I had hoped. I used fresh peaches and the flour mixture made it a nasty, starchy mess underneath the toping. Next time I'll leave the flour out and just go with the natural and lemony juices.

Man, was this good. I've been looking and looking for the perfect cobbler recipe (I'm still not sure that this is *technically* a cobbler, maybe more of a crip?...but who cares it was awesome and this is it! I didn't have the cornstarch on hand, but turns out I didn't even need it, the cobbler was not runny at all and perfectly flavored. I also don't know what all the voodoo temperature flactuations were about, but what do I know I did it anyway and it must have done something great because this was AWESOME.
