    This was the first time I ever made peach cobbler. In the past I've always made apple or cherry, and to tell you the truth, this will be my very best cobbler recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter, the only thing I changed was I used fresh peaches instead of frozen, and it was incredible. I cook and bake in my spare time and prepare and sell some of my food, and those who tried this cobbler recipe went bananas over it. Words just can't descibe.

    This was absolutely wonderful. It was so good! I followed the cooking directions to a T, and mine came out perfect. The only thing I probably could have done differently is to completely thaw the peaches out. Mine were only partially thawed, and so they were still firm when the baking was done. Not that that mattered, because the flavor was just so awesome that no one complained (their mouths were too full!. The only other change I made was I used the freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 of a small orange instead of the juice of a lemon.

    This was just so delicious. I've already added it to my recipe binder. Thanks, Guy! ;

    I was looking for a Peach Cobbler recipe better than my mother's. Everyone is always complimenting my mother on her Peach Cobbler but unfortunately, I don't like it. She's a great cook but I don't like canned peaches and her crust is to thick in the middle.

    I made Guy's Peach Cobbler and it was DELICIOUS. The crust was super yummy and flavorful. The peaches were frozen, but, firm and sweet. The inside of the cobbler tasted like cobbler, but, not to thick. The crust made this pie unique with the almonds and flavorings. I received loads of compliments on this pie at a party.

    I will be searching for more of Guy's recipes in the future.

    I made this recipe to Guy's specs and the topping did not come out crunchy. I am so disappointed. I don't know if I added to much peach juice or what-he does not say to eliminate some of the juice so I did exactly as he said. Nor did he say what type of oats to use so I simply used oats as the recipe called for. I did the temperature changes and everything. Again'-not a Cin-ful peach cobbler, just a Sin.

    I HATE IT when people reviewing these recipes say - oh, it was so awesome, but I made these changes - and it ends up not being like the recipe at all -but - now I'm guilty too!
    I bought the frozen peaches like Guy suggested, but 2 bags weren't enough for the 3lbs in the recipe - so already had some blueberries, and added those.
    Otherwise, the same. This is absolutely DELICIOUS.

    I made this for my mom and the rest of the family crew yesterday, and it was a total hit! Everyone loved the unexpected surprise of cranberries and almonds! By the time everyone walked out the door, this peach cobbler was completely destroyed! Thanks GUY!

    I had never made peach cobbler before but tried this last night for my boyfriend's birthday and it was a total hit!! The topping was crispy and crunchy and the filling was moist and sweet. Although I used frozen peaches, the texture was perfect and they seemed fresh. Cranberries are a welcome change. Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

    Every year I vac seal and freeze fruits and veggies in season......including peaches. I have wasted a lot of peaches trying to find something that was not peach pie to serve company. Guys cin-ful peach cobbler completely fills this bill. I can't believe something so easy to put together could taste so good! I took it to a "bring a dish" dinner and served icecream and low sugar coolwhip on the side. There was nothing left after supper and several people asked me for the recipe. Guy, you rock!

    I usually make Ina Gartens Pear and Apple Crisp and it is to die for!!! It is a little time consuming for me but every once in a while, it's worth it! But if I want a fast cobbler that's just as tasty as Ina's cobbler, this would be the one! I just put whip cream on top and it was delish! Thanks again Guy!!!
