OMG, these were wonderful! I have been watching the Food network and making recipes for years now and this is the first time I felt so compelled to write a review! My husband and I watched the show this afternoon and I was out the door to the supermarket within 5 minutes of the show ending! I got all the ingredients and started to make these as soon as I got home. They were so tasty and tender! The flavors were all so fresh! It did take a little time to make them, but worth the effort. I don't even need to save the recipe, I know it by heart already! Thanks Guy!!!!!!!

These ravioli were fantastic! One change I made, since I didn't have the won ton wrappers, was making homemade ravioli dough. Basil and cream is a great combination on just about anything from pasta to chicken and it really made this dish go over the top!

ok so i made this recipe 2 days ago, there was more filling than wrappers in the package i bought so i have some left over. i added crab meat (that i warmed with the veggies to my filling and it was delicious. i think the corn could stand to be cooked a little longer though. my wontons were a bit doughy, not sure if that was my fault or not. i did find the sauce to be extremely bland so i added a dash of cavanders seasoning, some garlic powder, a clove of fresh garlic, and a good bit of pepper and it had good flavor after that. i'm going to take my leftover filling and stuff some chx breasts with it as well as make more of the cream sauce to drizzle over it. i think this was a tasty recipe and with a few minor changes it was a hit with the family

Absolutely delicious! I had to make this recipe when I saw Guy make this on TFN. The only caveat(s: It took way more time to make/prep for than indicated. It definitely needed salt (not mentioned in the ingredients, and I am not sure why the need for a 3" cookie cutter for the wontons when there are round wontons available as well... Surely would save a boat-load of time. Other than those few things, I would surely make this dish again. The fresh corn, the creaminess of the ricotta and cream cheese, blended with the basil- YUM! Really a keeper in your recipe book, and elegant enough for dinner parties (would work well in smaller plates as a starter! Thanks Guy!

Guy you are a big dork, but this was so great! My wife made this for dinner last night and Im good with trying new things, but dang. It just melts in your mouth, with the sweet and buttery flavors. Mildly spiced with basil. I cried man. It was better than restaurant quality fare. Thanks.
Im Liesls husband Carlos, and I approve this message.

Made this recipe for my family, son, daughter in law and two grandsons, nine and seven Unnamious approval. The ravs were awesome.Had some filling left over(my pkg of wonton wrappers made 2 doz ravs and two nites later made another batch at my familys request when they found out I had filling left. Try it you will love it! Teamed it up with the chipolte BBQ shrimp one nite and made them with with a chipolte BBQ pork loin the second nite.
Thanks Guy. Rock on.

OMG, are these yummy, or what!?!?! My husband and I made 1/2 the recipe and loved every bite. We had about 5 each and that was plenty. They are so creamy and heavenly and not that hard to make....time consuming, but not hard. If you like white and cream sauces, this is a winner!! The basil cream sauce alone would be great over linguine or bowties. Thanks again, Guy!!

These were DELICIOUS and EASY... I will leave out the cream cheese and just do all ricotta next time, but the filling is so good you could leave out the cheese and just serve it along side a steak!
The hardest part of this recipe was separating the won ton skins... try this one... you will not be disappointed!

I thought these would be good when I watched Guy making them. They were really good, but it makes a lot of raviolis. I only made half of them and with the rest of the mixture, I added cooked chicken and made quesadillas.
Everything he makes is really, really good. The bloody mary is also delicious-what a kick the jalepena vodka brings!!!
