    This was absolutely a delicious dish. The corned beef rendered off nicely after being cooked a second time and became succulent and bursting with flavor. The flavor combinations between the veggies, potatoes, meat and then the garnishes had you taste buds doing a crazy dance trying not to miss any of the explosion occurring in your mouth.

    I made a double batch of these Home Fries for my family and a sick friend. Everyone loved them! This recipe is super easy and o' so good! MMmmmm
