Guy did it with grapefruit soda. Where the hell did the lemonade come from?

I too like the others was quite surprise when I went on line to get the recipe and it was changed. So I made it my own. I prefer grapefruit soda over lemonade. This what I did. I put an equal amount of pomegranate liqueur and added grapefruit soda over crushed ice. YUM

He used Grapefruit soda and Grenadine although he referred to it as "pomegranite sugar syrup" before he said the word Grenadine.

I am disappointed also, just watched the show and he definitely uses a grapefruit soda. I would dare say to use grapefruit soda like hanssens instead of the pink lemonade.

Sorry, but I am only going to give this one star. As Leslie noted the recipe doesn't match the show. I had the show recorded so I just watched it again. Guy does say "grapefruit" and the bottle looks like it might have a grapefruit on it. It definitely looks like a carbonated drink...maybe Hanson's grapefuit soda would work. Also, it is just grenadine that Guy used. Grenadine is a pomegranate product. Everyone on the FoodNetwork website complains about the errors in the recipes to no avail. Go to the bottom of the home page and use the "contact us" tab. If enough people do it maybe it will help. I have done it many times.

Guy used some kind of a grapefruit juice and the recipe says pink lemonade. The recipe also says to use grenadine and he used some kind of pomergranite grenadine. Whats up Guy with this recipe!!!!. The recipe sounded good then when I saw it on the tv I am now confused as to which recipe to use. I gave it 4 star only because the site says stars are required and the recipe caught my eye.
