Just made this tonight. I thought all the flavors were great. The black-bean corn salsa is excellent. The chipotle ranch is really good too. I used less refried beans here. A whole can of beans in one quesadilla is enough to choke a horse! The whole three-layer thing is a little rediculouse. You basically have to deconstruct what you just made in order to eat it and you end up tasting things individually. Just dial back the amount of everything, put it in a tortilla, fold it over like an omlet an melt cheese on top and garnish with tomatoe, salsa and the sauce.

These quesadilla's were super tasty! They were restaurant quality too! I felt like I was eating out. I followed the recipe exactly except for the large flour tortilla's...medium ones were on sale so I used six of those instead...LOL...Man I LOVE GUY!!!! That blacked chicken rub is too die for!!!

These were very good! I had issues with getting them to heat all the way through. By the time they did, they were dried out. NEXT TIME I plan to put the 2 layers together separately & heat through, then add the top & finish off. Also will add more cheese, as it sort of disappeared in the cooking.... I did do the Black Bean salsa which was excellent. The only "change" I made was to use a bag of Steam Fresh Southwest Corn (I had it in the house.

These quesadillas explode with flavor!! So delicious! I used refried black beans and I only used the juice of the chipotle peppers for my dressing. For the hot ingredients, I used what was comfortable for me but it did not take away any of the flavor. This would be great for game night. THANK YOU, GUY!!
