great recipe. I substituted 1tbsp of fresh lime zest for the coconut and it married well with the cranberries. have never used rosemary in cookies before but it awesome.

Yes, that's a good cookie! A fun spin on a classic - love the coconut, cranberries & rosemary! Great texture too, they plumped up so nicely. I made them a bit healthier by using 1 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of oil. After seeing the video of Hunter helping, my son couldn't wait to get in on making these cookies - thanks, Guy, you rock!

Delicious! I made the recipe exactly as written and the cookies came out perfectly. Love the mix of tart craisins, chewy coconut, and fresh rosemary.

I used Craison's instead of cranberry's and added a little more honey, and they are delicious. I will definitely use this recipe again.

OMG!! These cookies are awesome!! I used raisins instead of cranberries and I added chocolate chunks. Oh, and I left out the rosemary. I plan on making these again using butterscotch chips and then another time with the cranberries and white chocolate chunks. These cookies are nice and hardy with a chewy soft center. Couldn't ask for a better cookie. Thanks, Guy!!
I just made these again because my family loved them so much. I used butterscotch chips and chocolate chunks. We didn't like them as much as putting the raisins, chocolate, and cinnamon in them.

A good cookie if you like it cakey. I prefer crispy so it wasn't the exact texture I wanted and was a bit disappointed but flavor is good. Before adding cranberries I took half of dough and put it in separate bowl and added choc chips for the kids and kept the other half with cranberries. Both tasted good but I will keep tweaking for that perfect crispy oatmeal cookie. The rosemary does not overpower if you chop it finely as the recipe calls and measure out the 1/2 tsp! Regardless, the house smelled fabulous with the rosemary!

I made these cookies for Christmas this year and they were wonderful! I've added this recipe to my list of cookies I make each year.

I skipped the eggs becase we don't eat it and then I skipped the coconut flakes since I didn't have it in my pantry. Added 1/4th cup milk instead to make binding easier. Still the recipe came out beautifully. My husband and 3 year old daughter just love it.
Thanks for the easy recipe.

These cookies are AMAZING! I was looking for this old childhood recipe I used to make and couldn't find it, and lo and behold there was this gem of a replacement. These were so yummy, moist, and soft! First time I have ever written a review, but these so deserved them.

Oh so good! I have never been that keen on oatmeal, but these have totally changed my mind. I like them with more rosemary. Delicious!!!
