I love rosemary, so I was intrigued by this recipe. I really don't think the rosemary is overpowering, but the overall cookie is just nothing spectacular. I don't think I would bother to make them again.

I love rosemary so I was looking forward to trying this recipe. The idea of earthy rosemary mixing with tart cranberries sounded like something right up my flavor alley. However, the rosemary so overpowered all other flavors I wondered why I wasted a tsp. of my good vanilla. Also the mouth feel was more biscuit rather than cookie. I am a fair baker at best so I have no idea what I would try to better balence this recipe. I think I'll try some jam with this flavor profile and spread it on the cookie.

Don't like rosemary, so I will see. Don't know if I even have any in the pantry!! Put in apple pie spice instead. Mix was very dry so I added 1/4 c molasses and 1/4 c apple cranberry juice. They are ok, but not sweet enough. Crispy edges and slightly chewy in the middle. I learned from a baker that it is sugar that makes cookies and cakes moist, not oil as many chefs think. More sugar would have helped these cookies, I think.

These cookies were really a disappointment! They were dry in fact with 2 C flour and 2C oatmeal with only 2 eggs, 1T honey and 1t vanilla is not enough for moist cookies. I will not be making these again. I've had better cookies from Costco. Also they did not have much taste so I frosted them with maple frosting. C- for sure. To be honest I did not add the Rosemary as I didn't have any and it did not sound good at all.

YUM! I only had dried rosemary and used half a teaspoon of that. Also added white chocolate chips and they were killer cookies. Excellent!

This recipe was awesome!! I'm not a coconut fan and wasn't too keen on the rosemary so I left them out. Put in some white chocolate chips instead and the were terrific. As soon as they were out of the oven the were gone. Didn't have time for them to even cool on the cooling rack!

Love them! I used a good tablespoon of fresh rosemary and it didn't overpower the taste at all. Just a little hint of it now and then that makes this cookie very tasty and unique in a different way. Keeper recipe for sure!

I didn't have fresh rosemary so I used 1/2 the amount in dried, which I've always heard is the way to do it. I also added chopped pecans. Unfortunately, they were quite bland, so I should have used the full amount of the rosemary.
