I love this recipe. It's become one of my most-requested and preferred from my kitchen.

These cookies were awesome! I made half a batch and still got 19 nice sized cookies! They were very moist and baked up nice and tall. I used raisins, coconut and pecans.. didn't know how I'd feel about the rosemary so I left it out. I will DEFINITELY make these again! :

These 'ARE' craizy good. These cookies are moist and crumbly at the same time. Perfect for breakfast or with tea....mmmm..... I only made a couple of changes to the recipe, substituted 1stick of butter with 1/2c of veg oil. And used 1c all purpose flour and 1c whole wheat flour instead of 2c all purpose flour. But the original recipe itself is a 'cookie just cant get healthier'
This one is a keeper. Love them. Thanks Guy!!

A very good cookie. I followed what a lot of the reviewers said and used more rosemary...3/4 tsp. rather than 1/2 tsp. The first 3 cookies I ate I thought that was too much, but just had a 4th which was really good. Difference was the first I ate were still warm (couldn't resist!!. Cooled, the rosemary doesn't overpower. Next time I'm going to add more cranberries, maybe 1/3 c. more.

I did them and love them, even though I don't like cookies and my nephew and niece are picky eaters, from the moment I got this cookies out of the oven they started to eat these and didn't stop until I hide it from those two supposedly picky eaters. I did those again and gave them away as gifts, my friends were amazed on something so "healthy" tasting so GOOOOOOOD!!! definitively a keeper.

I am not a fan of raisins (which are traditional in oatmeal cookies. The cranberries and rosemary in these is delicious! I like the amount of sweetness, it's not overpowering. I think next time I will put more rosemary. This is going to be part of my holiday cookie list going forward... cranberries and rosemary follow the red and green theme perfectly!

These are the best oatmeal cookies I've ever had... The didn't last 3 days in my house! I am actually making them again right now. I love the rosemary, and think these cookies have just the perfect amount of sweetness. This time I added a little more dried cranberries and coconut, but really think they're as good as they can get. The cranberries are so much better than traditional raisins.

THIS IS THE BEST COOKIE RECIPE I'VE EVER USED! THEY STAY MOIST FOR DAYS AFTER BAKING IF YOU STORE THEM IN A ZIP-TOP BAG. THANKS GUY!
