this made perfect pizza dough! I made 1 big pizza with it. I preheated a pizza pan on 500 with some olive oil and then baked the pizza on there for 20 minutes. the next day I used parchment paper underneath with even better results. will not try any other dough after this...perfect!

well at first guy called it a fried pizza and at the end he called it a calzone? I'm confused.
