This was sooooooo simple and flavorful. We will do this one again real soon. The lemon added a nice bite, we used a mexican spice mixture that had the red pepper flakes. This is the 1st time that we tried Kale, so I bought just a small bunch. We did not even get out of the oven before we had it gone. That's how good it was.

I saw the show over the weekend and had to try this recipe. I made this for my family last night and we all loved them. My five year old ate most of the bunch before we could get seconds but we were thrilled she liked them. They were crunchy and super tasty. I did leave off the lemon because I wasn't sure everyone would like the lemon and I wanted them to stay crunchy... I can't say that I have ever tried Kale before so this was a huge surprise.

I love kale and saw a similar recipe about a year ago from another chef and it turned out awful. So when I saw Guy's this morning on his show I thought I would give his a try. wow, now this is what kale chips are supposed to be! Easy and crunchy. We didn't have lemon juice we skipped it and they were great.
