Very good, I didn't use the cumin though. I also used table salt instead of kosher, I can't imagine what difference the kosher salt would make. Serve this with rice and black beans and you've got a great meal!!!

Hats Off! I am always looking for new ways for pork chops and this was great. I thought it was easy and my husband loved it! I do agree that if you do use table salt 1 tablespoon should do it.

So good! Some users suggested to use less KOSHER salt (don't use table salt!! so I used 1tablespoon rather than 2, which was plenty. I also used white wine vinegar rather than the vinegar and white wine. The watercress, tomatoes, and avocado are such a great addition! My entire family, including 2 picky eaters, cleared their plates. Served with white rice and steamed veggies.

SALTY!!!!!! I had to add a lot more liquid to the Mojo sauce to reduce the intensity of the salt. Other than that I think it's pretty good recipe.

This could have been perfect, but the salt overpowered every other flavor. I think we'll try it again, but we'll cut the salt at least in half. I'm sure it would have been fantastic without all the salt, but recipe as is only gets a "two star" from me...

This recipe is quite authentic as written. If you have to alter it, please, for the love of everything holy, don't add cayenne pepper! Cuban food is not meant to be spicy, but well-seasoned. I'll be making this again. It tastes exactly like something my Cuban grandma would have made. Add white rice, Cuban-style black beans and fried green plantains, and it's a perfect dinner!
