Delicious. I have to admit that I didn't have garlic or onion powder, so I just used some creole seasoning I had on hand (first ingredient cayenne. What's most important is the technique of the citrus marinade and sauce. That was great. The onions were a great touch! Also reduced the salt. And added a tsp of turbinado sugar to the sauce

These turned out great! Although some more solid cooking times might have made it easier.

I made a few modifications and the dish turned out EXCELLENT! My boyfriend gave it a 10, so you know I'm making it again in the future. This is what I did....
I used only 1/8 teaspoon of salt. I cut down the marinade in half from what it actually required. I did this solely because I used 4 thin cut boneless pork chops. I marinated for 1 hour, and I ADDED 1/2 cup of white wine to the marinade. I used 1/2 of a red onion and diced it up into small pieces. For the garlic, I used 1/5 teaspoons of garlic already pressed and found in a jar. I also added 1/2 of a jalapeno pepper, diced real fine. I added the jalapeno in with the garlic to infuse the flavor. Then, I added the OJ, lime juice, and wine leftovers. Lastly, I added a chicken boullion cube as I ran out of chicken stock (gives it a little extra flavor. Topped it with diced tomatoes and it was perfect! Enjoy!

This was okay...not sure if I would make it again. You can def afford to cut some of the salt. I didn't think it was too much citris. Maybe I just need some side dish ideas with this and that would make it better....

This dish definitely needs WAY less salt. The acid in the citrus is too strong for all that salt. I think it would be much better without all of the salt.
