This marinade is in Guy's words "off the hook!"

Very tasty! As Guy would say, these were a first class ticket to Flavortown! I marinated for about 8 hours and they were great, but I think I may go for even more flavor next time and marinate overnight. This recipe definitely makes the cut and will become part of my recipe collection. Thanks, Guy!

Delicious! Great marinade; would probably work for other meats. Can't wait to have them again.

Very good, I've cooked numerous times and never get tired of the flavor. I follow the recipe to the "T", as there is nothing to change. It's sooo Good!!!

This recipe has been a staple in our house for at least a year. Love it! I usually use boneless, skinless breasts though. and lemon juice instead of orange juice, just because that is what I usually have on hand, and the lemon is more acidic too. Sometimes I boil the marinade with red peppers to have some sauce for rice. On the BBQ, I grill the skinless breasts on medium heat 10 minutes on each side. Breasts do good in a frying pan too.

Good recipe, only problem was that the thighs burned on the grill due to all the fat dripping. Next time I'll make sure that we watch them closer and turn them more often.
