Loved it. Perfect way to use up a couple of those apples we picked! I wanted to note too that instead of using a sugar/water simple syrup, since I am a beekeeper I nuked a couple tablespoons of water (not to boiling, just hot to the touch and added a similar amount of honey to it and stirred to make a honey simple syrup. I then used that to make the mojito.

as a regular consumer of all crazy flavored mojitos these just might be my absolute favorite! they are super light and refreshing!!!!!!!!!! you have to make these!

in my opinion this drink should definately be made with rum,not vodka...like a traditional mojito.all the other stuff works great together.we always go to a restaurant out here called OOKA and there this is (with ruma japanese mojito.yummy!

i thought it tasted very good. i am normally not a drinker because i can never find someting i like this was delicious.
