This chili took a while to make, but it's worth it!!! Fed it to many people and everyone LOVED IT! Added some more jalapenos for more heat and it was perfectly spicy.
Definitely making it again soon.

This recipe was so complex in its flavors and so simple. It was perfect for our first rainy day! I subbed out ground beef for ground turkey and added serano pepper. I served over cornbread jalepeno. Topped it with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, green onion and tomato. So Freakin good!

I could tell just by looking at the ingredients in this recipe that it would be excellent. It was. It's a little expensive to make but well worth the time and effort. The recipe as it was was a fantastic chili recipe, I just added a few extra spices at the end and I also subbed some black beans and cut back on the others a bit. (Only because I love the taste of black beans. I'll be making my second 4 gallon batch tomorrow.

I don't think Guy has made anything I didn't like. I made this for a chili cook off at work and pretty sure I won. It was gone within hours while everyone else's pot was full. I couldn't find the one type of chili. Instead I used another jalapeno to replace. I also added my fiesta herb blend. garlic salt, and some sweet bbq to tame down the spicyness. I am making it again as we speak as I didn't get that much since everyone ate it so fast!!

This chlii has the best flavor. I used my Le Creuset 5.5 qt dutch over and couldn't fit in the chicken stock! This makes a lot so use your biggest dutch oven. Can't wait for leftovers tomorrow. I'm sure after a night in the frig it will be even better.

Took this to a Chili Cook-Off with eight other contestant's recipes and...... won first place. We had many compliments about the flavor but did put the fries over the chili due to the size of the serving cup. But beware...the prep time is longer than 10 minutes. A great recipe.

I'm addicted to the food network channel and have never written a review even after trying hundreds of recipes. This recipe warrants a rave review. Thank you Guy for a wonderful recipe. I have a 10 yr olds Godson asking for more and more and more! His mom will never make her chili for him again.

Made this today and it is great. I only used one jalapeno, also used beef broth instead of chicken broth. Will definitely be my go to chili recipe.
