This recipe looked so good on the show. I looked it up, printed the recipe, went to the store. My son and I made this together. This is "MONEY" as Guy would say. I invited my mom and brother over to enjoy this tasty pot of love! The BEST Chili I have ever made. Thanks Guy!

My husband & I watched the show this morning... just knew what the dinner menu would be. My husband is a Texan & I get the comment "No Self Respecting Texan would ever...." Even though I've been in Las Vegas for 20 years, he still considers me from the Mid-west. Thanks Guy, we knocked his socks off tonight!!

My husband and I really love this chili. After watching it on TV we knew we had to try it. It has a great balance of meat and spice. I will be telling all my friends about this one. Thanks Guy for a wonderful recipe.

My hubby and I made this chili together for a party. It was so good!!! We will definately be making it again! We made it without the cubed chuck. It was still very meaty and tasted great. I especially liked the italian sausage in it.

I watched Guy make this receipe today, On Demand, and I usually make my mother-in-law's receipe for chili - which is good. But today after watching that show I had to try and make this chili! And it was great, my husband had 3 servings and my daughter had 2 servings. Which is unhead of for her, she barely eats anything anyway, and for her to ask for seconds...well...that's amazing. So thanks Guy, this is a winner!!

I don't often make Chili, and this one had a great depth of flavor. I did change up the redipe a little bit.. Instead of the suggested meats, I cubed up 4# of pork loin and added some smoked pork loin from my pit (about a pound. Instead of a lager beer, i used Deshutes Brewing's Black Butte Porter, because that is what I enjoy drinking. Otherwise all the same, and the chili came out great!

This chili was really great...easy to make and the end product was really yummy! Not too hot, but just enough spice to be fantastic. I will definitely make it again...it will be one of our favorites.
